Got another one!
Stephen was the winner!!!
After putt putt, we made our way to downtown Disney for dinner and dessert. Even though it was a cold day, we had to get some Ghirardelli's. The brownie sundae was delicious and didn't disappoint.
After dinner we wanted to head over to the nicer Disney resorts over at the Magic Kingdom. Our first stop was the Polynesian. This was a total bust! The entire lobby was under construction so there were no neat Christmas decorations. There was also like a 30 min line to get back on the Monorail so we decided to walk over to the Grand Floridian. On our way over, there was a wedding going on inside the Wedding Pavilion and the Cinderella carriage was waiting outside! We were so excited to see this in real life! It was so magical ;)
The Grand Floridian was decked out for Christmas! We enjoyed seeing everything then just relaxing while listening to the band play Disney songs or the pianist play Christmas songs. This hotel is amazing at Christmas!
Every year they make a HUGE gingerbread house and serve Christmas goodies out of it
So many details
After spending time at the Grand Floridian, we decided to head over to the Contemporary to see what Christmas decorations they had and watch the fireworks. We weren't impressed... there wasn't much here as well. Just a Frozen themed gingerbread area which was cute. We ended the night by watching the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the Contemporary. If you can't get into the park, but want to see the fireworks, the Contemporary is the best place to watch them. They even play the music that is inside the park.
